It allows you to book everything you need during your travel — from the visa you need to reservations for restaurants and conference halls.

Pricing, comparison & reservations

• Prices are compared with those advertised on major international booking sites (such as Booking, Expedia, Agoda, and similar partners).
• The company aims to offer highly competitive pricing and guarantees strong value on reservations throughout the year, in line with supplier availability and campaign rules.
• Every reservation is subject to availability at the exact time your request is processed.
• No more than one promotional coupon or voucher may be applied per trip unless the company clearly states otherwise for a specific offer.

Strengthen your data — AltayarVIP Club & accounts

Once you obtain a points or membership account in AltayarVIP Club, you agree to all terms and policies published for the club at that time.

We stand by commitments communicated to you in writing or through our official customer service channels, in line with these policies and applicable law.

Your club or points profile is separate from any travel-agent or B2B account: each uses its own credentials (user name / email and password). Keeping passwords confidential is your responsibility.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments or reviews, you may request a structured export of the personal data we hold about you, including data you have supplied yourself subject to technical feasibility and legal retention rules.

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email and in server logs so we can protect your account from abuse. No one should be able to change your security settings without access to your email or mobile verification where enabled.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a public comment or review, the comment text and its technical metadata may be kept so that we can recognise follow-up replies and reduce spam, unless you ask for removal where the law allows.

For registered users, profile and booking-related data are stored for as long as your account is active and for any additional period required by tax, accounting, or travel-industry regulations.
